Lease Option Application Fee 50.00 USD (Sales tax and shipping costs not included)
We require a $50 Application Fee for every adult planning on applying for the loan and $25 for any adult over the age of 18. Please submit your application fee in order to be considered for one of our Lease Option homes.
Additional Applicant Fee 25.00 USD (Sales tax and shipping costs not included)
We require every additional adult over the age of 18 planning on living in the Lease Option home. Please submit your application fee in order to be considered for one of our Lease Option homes.
